My order that is "ready" for 11 minutes is still in the works and I'm not even on the list of orders being prepared. After about 20 mins they throw the bag at me and it doesn't have a single side in it. I waited for additional 5 minutes just to get someone's attention. Turns out when I got home, they gave have of a chabatta cheese stake sandwich instead of a whole. I called the manager and asked for the other half. She assured me it was going to be ready by the time I get there. When I showed up she asked the person cooking to start preparing it. There goes a whole hour of my life I will never get back.

GIRL ON THE COUNTER IS CLUELESS. Someone is not paying attention. Alot of $ invested and this place is miss managed. Owners are incompetent. No more. Shame!
