- LMLori MathosOct 16, 20251.0The wait was long! My Mom and I ordered right after each other. However, my food came out long before hers. The don't use pagers so you have no idea when your food is ready. You literally have to stand there by the counter and wait for them to call your name. They were putting food up and not calling any names. So people sitting way in the back had no idea their food was ready. No one was cleaning tables and they were all dirty. The bathroom was completely out of toilet paper. The one and only garbage was overflowing. I heard one man say he had waited over twenty minutes for his food. For an order to dine there they wrapped the sandwich in paper, put our soup in a paper cup, and used a plastic spoon. Way to save the earth panera! This was a one and done and we will not be back. For this being a brand new store this was a big zero!

- MCMandi CorderoSep 29, 20255.0I placed a large order with a to-go coffee box and other items for an early pick up time. It was ready right on time and packed very well. Staff was kind and even provided the sweeteners, half and half, napkins and butter packets for my order. Thank you all!
- VGVeronica GonzalezSep 18, 20255.0Came for opening day during the evening time. Everyone is so nice and sweet. Food was delicious! customer service was efficient and above average. So glad this is so close to my house. They have some cute little booths in the back where you can get a cup of coffee and do some work or study a bit. It’s definitely the stop to chill, relax and enjoy a meal. I will be coming back.
