  First time at this location! My sandwich harder than a brick couldn't eat it! Meat not cooked.and was suppose to been a hot sandwich! Young lady at drive thru gave me a ice coffee just a plain coffee with ice and charged me for a whole sandwich not a half and I had to let her know.Wasnt happy at all today at this location! Need to do better!

  I come to Panera multiple times a week, both locations now. I always order a steak and wake sandwich on an Asiago bagel instead of bread with garlic aioli and arugula. At both locations I’ve had the problem of the sauce and arugula missing. I come to the drive through of this location yesterday and brought my breakfast all the way home to be disappointed, I came in today (Oct 1st) to dine in. It was served without the toppings but I asked for them on the side and it was no problem. The staff here is really great and the food is always good and fresh. I wonder if the topping is a POS system problem, either way happy I was able to get the toppings today. I’d just say If you have special requests always check before leaving. 😊
