NOR was there any silverware or napkins. And I was 10 minutes past pick up time so they had PLENTY of time to double and even triple check items. Absolutley insane to me as someone who also works retail!

Typically for a franchise food outlet, goal is to sell number of meals. Here, overall they are friendly and attentive. I would recommend the staff and management to keep up the efforts.
