- JJJeremyOct 8, 20251.0Another great experience here…. NOT! This Panera is awful. Sometimes the food is ok and other times it’s this. Half a sandwich is rarely ever half. Usually you get 1/3. Someone there doesn’t know how to cut down the middle. Today the creamy chicken and rice soup was WATER. So watery they handed the bag out soaked. Management sucks at this location. The whole staff needs to be fired because they clearly lack common sense and care. Food costs too damn much to get 💩 that’s not edible. Refunded on Door Dash and went elsewhere You’ll also wait 30min in the drive thru with just two cars ahead of you. It’s ridiculous.

- SFSteven F.Sep 30, 20255.0We visited Panera in Navarre after church on Sunday for lunch. The reason for my glowing review is the kind and wonderful lady working the register named Becca. She was so happy, and kind. She spoke to us as though she truly cared about everything from our order to how our day was. During our lunch I noticed her actively pitching in to help other team members when there was no one at the register, all with the biggest smile. The world needs more Becca's!
- LLLenaSep 23, 20252.0Second time eating there both times the broccoli chedder soup was weirdly chunky and the gave me the wrong dripper sandwich dip. I ordered the chicken pesto but got some kind of onion dip.
