We saw the commercials for your new sandwiches and came in specifically for them for lunch on Sunday. Looked great on the TV, I had the chicken, and my wife had the French dip, and both had gristle in the meat, which was gross and we didn't finish our meals. Sorry folks, I guess we had too high if expectations from the ads we've seen because the new sandwiches were not that great for the price. When we pay almost $28 for a couple of sandwiches, they should be amazing... and these fell way short of that.
Eagle, Drive thru, Sunday morning. Cinnamon roll, $4.29 for a hard, cold vending machine cinnamon roll from a “bakery cafe”. It may as well been from a vending machine. Would be softer. This would have been returned if I wasn’t already gone. When you serve things like this why would you think anything else is of better quality. IKEA does a better job.

Food is awesome...you must try it! I like ordering the bagels. Avoid drive thru but they have a convenient pick up inside.

Update. Ordered the same sandwiches again. Sure enough smaller serving sizes than other Panera locations. No longer going to go to the Eagle Panera.
Ordered the same sandwiches we order at other Panera locations. This one had the serving sizes smaller than other Paneral locations in the Treasure Valley. Additionally, this one wrapped the sandwiches in only one layer of the (new) paper wrapping. The trouble is that the grease leaks through the paper making it impossible to eat in the car without a mess. They need to adopt the double paper wrapping of other locations. Othere than that the food was fresh and tasty.

So glad we decided to stop in! We were met with a clean and beautiful environment, nice music playing, and helpful and efficient staff. Our food was prepared quickly, and it was absolutely delicous! Their caramel iced latte was very tasty, and my husband tried the citrus punch and really enjoyed it as well. We had a wonderful experience and plan on returning again very soon with our kids. Welcome to Eagle, Panera!
