Panera has got to be one of the worst chain restaurants out there. But people flock to it because they think its 'healthy'.

Very poor customer service. Placed an order that was to be delivered within 30 minutes to an hour and it's been over 2 hours and nothing. They won't answer their phone. Don't waste your time with this location.

Probably the fastest I’ve ever seen a super busy Panera. I think I was 1.5 pages down after ordering and they had my order done super quick

I ordered a baguette for 6:45. Got there at 6:35 and was told they wouldn’t be ready until 7:00. I could not wait so I just took a stale ciabatta because that’s all they really had. Who bakes bread at that time when they close at 9. It’ll be stale by tomorrow.
