Panera New Albany: the toasted Italiano is delicious! fresh baguette bread and greek dressing on the sandwich, makes it yummy. and the steak & mozz is really good too. Service is great. Not extremely speedy drive thru, but in store is usually quick. Still very nice and fresh food. Price is high so have to limit visits but always enjoy the food and service!

Today I waited in the lobby to order for so long I almost left. There were at least 10 people behind the counter who are oblivious about the customers at the counter. The ordering computers at the door are confusing after you select what you want. On two separate incidents in the recent past I drove through and ordered and both times they forgot to put the sandwich in the bag. They did give me a gift certificate the next time i was in. If people who work in the restaurants want to delay the coming of robots to get our food and do everything then they need to have a wake up call. The computers are already trying to take our orders. Without customers there are no salaries. Triple check your orders. Be aware of every customer walking in your door. The thing with Panera is the food is really good. Your job security at the moment in New Albany IN is the good food that keeps everyone coming back.

I am absolutely livid with the Panera Bread in Clarksville, Indiana. We’ve been loyal customers for years—drive-thru, delivery, even occasionally dining in—and this place has been a disappointment over and over. Their customer service has been awful, but we kept giving them another chance. Big mistake.
My daughter wasn’t feeling well and wanted something simple—smoothie, bread, and soup. We ordered through DoorDash so she didn’t have to leave the house while running a fever after working in the heat all day. This is now the THIRD TIME this Panera has gotten an order wrong for my family. They sent the wrong soup (clearly from another order) and when we tried to call to fix it—no one answers. Their voicemail even has the audacity to push the blame on DoorDash, which is ridiculous. DoorDash doesn’t open the sealed bag—they just deliver it. The driver was great. DoorDash immediately credited us and handled the situation, while Panera ignored us completely.
Panera’s problem is simple: they don’t care. They don’t answer phones, they don’t provide support, and they don’t own up to their mistakes. And the kicker? They’re out of bread. Panera. Out of bread. You cannot make this up.
This place is one of the most expensive fast-food spots in town, yet they can’t even manage basic customer service. Panera Clarksville—you need to get it together. Right now, you’re failing your customers, and I’m done wasting money on a brand that can’t even deliver what they’re known for.
Best location I have ever visited. It's super clean and spacious and the staff is very friendly. The food was made quickly and competently.

You will want to order through the app or phone for this location due to long waits but be prepared for them to tell you they are our of at least 1 thing.
You will get more hole in your bagel than actual bagel they make the middle so big. There is also good chance the bagels will be hard.
The employees avoiding eye contact and any interaction with customers. If they do reply when spoken to its 1 word answers and not friendly.
