  I try to keep my expectations reasonable but I've never had an experience like this at a Panera. The first thing I noticed was that they hadn't given my salad dressing. Then we realized that the sandwich had been wrapped like a 3 year old helping to wrap a christmas present. When we unwrapped it, it was reminiscent of a taco bell level of carelessness- chicken, avocado, and bacon were everywhere EXCEPT on the bread. There was no hope of salavaging it as a sandwich, had to be eaten like a sad disheveled salad. Then I took a bite of the actual salad only to find that the chicken was still frozen. Absolutely abysmal, I hope their nights get better from here because clearly they were Struggling.

  Today, I had a craving for Panera's Cinnamon Crunch Bagel. I popped in, and there was no line. The cashier greeted me and took my order almost seconds after I walked thru the door. My food was delicious and exactly what I was in the mood for. My visit today could not have been more perfect.

  I honestly have tried to like Panera. Gave it a chance. 3 tines you guys have burnt me. Also your cheese doesn't melt in the French onion soup. That is not right. Fake food.

  This has to be the slowest Panara around. If you want to sit in the drive through for 45 mins waiting for your order, this is the place. Then when you get your food, it won't be right! It is a salad, how hard is it to screw that up?
