  What is it with this chain? They charge top dollar for very simple sandwiches and can never ever get your order right and the service is nearly always terrible. Go to McDonald’s of Chick-Fil-A and your order is always correct and they are way busier with much more complicated orders and much more professional and polite. The people here are lazy, inept, and oftentimes, downright hostile. For $30? Yeah - we don’t want to or need to put up with that. I go through the drive-thru and no side, no utensils, no desert. I am reminded now why I stopped going many years ago.

  I’ve been a loyal customer of Panera Bread for a while, but my last two experiences have been disappointing. The portion sizes for their sandwiches have noticeably shrunk, and the taste just isn’t what it used to be. On top of that, the prices have remained high, making it feel like it’s not worth it anymore. I hope they make some improvements soon!

  Tables dirty, something different in taste of bakery used to be good but now has a bitter taste and raw egg smell on it.
