- ATA TanojoOct 10, 20252.0Again and again this Panera location is disappointing! The service was super slow the last 5 times we were there for a rapid pick-up (first half of 2025). Recently, we went there for dinner on a weekday, and the portion was so small. We ordered 'you-pick-two' sandwich and mac-and-cheese. The half sandwich looked really sad (it looked more like a finger sandwich). I did point it out to an employee, their response was, they received a new bread and it looked small but the portion size should be the same. But it really is not, all of the ingredients looked significantly reduced. I have had Panera from other locations and they were not small like this. I asked the Manager and he said the same thing about the new bread being small. It is very sad that there were barely any customers that day, and now I know why. We wont be returning to this location. Skimping on ingredients and make it not valuable for your customers to are not good move.

Taste was very good but not worth the money. Wife got a salad which was good size but the dressing couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 tablespoons. There were 2 containers but neither were even half full. When she asked for 1 more, they wanted to charge her $1.25. Was very disappointed overall. I realize everything costs more but I'd rather pay a little extra for a decent portion. Maybe this was just a quirk but won't order this again

I ordered ahead online for pickup in the drive thru. The ordering was simple, the service was fast and friendly, and the sausage egg and cheese cibatta was on point!! Today's my birthday and I was already in a good mood, but this stop made my day even better!!!
