Shoutout to Samantha at the counter (she was great), but the kitchen must’ve thought I was carb-loading for a marathon. Hopefully next time my sandwich actually has… a sandwich in it.
- JJJessie JSep 10, 20251.0Ordered delivery and they screwed up 3 of 4 of the items up. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I just got out of the hospital with esophagitis I’ve barely been able to eat in two weeks. I can only tolerate light things like chicken noodle soup it’s why I ordered it. I barely order from Panera these days because it’s over hyped and over priced. This is the last time. Neither of our soups were the right size and the soup has a packaged taste. I’ll be reversing the charges with my bank. Customer service sucks.
