Eas not addressed when walked in, another customer was not addressed either and simply needed to ask a question about a menu item. Had to interrupt a conversation to get my order in. Then ordered a sandwich which I expressed French baguette and chips. Unfortunately, I got wheat bread a roll of bread. As I stated, I love sanwiched from Panera. In this situation, it was the food it was the lack of simple attention and making a customer feel valued and heard. Will more than likely eat Panera again, but just not at this location anymore. Bad customer service messing up good food.

The store itself is impeccably clean, with a welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or planning to sit and relax. The outdoor seating is a real highlight—beautiful tables bathed in sunlight, ideal for enjoying a meal while taking in the surroundings. The food is consistently cooked to perfection and presented with care, showing attention to detail in every dish.
