  I just left the Panera drive through on Claremont Mesa, boulevard. The cashier's name was Anahi. First, my soup was missing, Then I did not receive a spoon. Anahi open the window and said to me "you're good.", I then asked for a spoon. I was absolutely shocked at the extremely inappropriate customer service. I received. But it gets better because I paid ten dollars for a bowl of soup and received a cup of soup.

  Believe the reviews! No wonder Panera is not what it used to be. $35 for pick 2 meal deal, and the portions and quality are definitely lacking! It’s been awhile since we’ve had Panera and we decided to give it a shot but our favorite broccoli cheddar soup is not the same and that small sandwich makes you wish you went to jersey mikes and just got a large sandwich for a cheaper price tag than these two small halves. And they are literally out of half of the items when you’re ordering and it’s not even noon. Lost all faith in Panera after this visit, we will remember not to come back bc it’s definitely lost its touch!

  Ordered online with gift certificate and they billed credit card for not just overage but entire order. Had to go in to sort this. Sat & waited for order, no hospitality whatsoever... lemonade tastes might help them sell more of the overpriced stuff, just sayin' Salad greens were not dried correctly so dressing was diluted and entire salad felt soggy not crispy. Mac 'n cheese was okay but outrageous price for average bowl size. Italian toasted sandwich was also sparse on ingredients (other than bread) for the 12$+ price tag. Over all ~ average food, over priced and absolutely lacking in any feeling of hospitality.
