- MRMary Ryan1 day ago1.0This was a disappointing experience. The hostess was wearing an earbud and was not very friendly. Our order was incorrect. The individuals in the service window were also not friendly.

- TTT ThomasOct 2, 20251.0I asked for romaine lettuce and got 3 pieces of stem. The blueberry lavender lemonade tasted like grape kool-aid without sugar. I ordered online it said it was ready for pickup but I guess they couldn't find it once I arrived. I was on my lunch break and missed half of it waiting, they were extremely slow. It was only one person in front of me with a small order. It shouldn't have taken 15 plus min for service.

I requested that white cheddar be added to the sandwich, which already comes with American cheese. When my barely grilled sandwich arrived, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The bread was soggy and definitely not grilled, and they failed to add the white cheddar. What a let down. When a sandwich costs $10, I’d hope it would be better than this. 0/10. Ugh.
- JSJane SmithSep 23, 20254.0Ordering at counter today during lunch. Did not receive my receipt. I paid cash. The prices are ridiculous, for a cup of soup, it's it's almost $10. Also my friend got a BLT half sandwich on plain white bread instead of the Basil bread ) It was so salty, she couldn't eat it. Also they put a bucket of mayo on it. I got the chicken noodle soup. I usually get soup. It was ok. It's the only soup I like there. I also got the Strawberry Smoothie. I really enjoyed this. I highly recommend the smoothie! It's a 10! In total we got 2 cups of soup. 2 half sandwiches, 1 whole sandwich, 1 smoothie, and 1 cookie and it was $54.84 For the price of the food. It's a hard pass! Now the Smoothies, breakfasts, Green teas and Coffees! I'll be back for that!
