They forgot our apple and we did not notice after we had gotten into the car so we turned back around to get the part of the order they forgot. When we told them they forgot it we got no apology. They did give us what they forgot, but an acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have been nice. Then we got home and our sandwich’s we’re mainly bread and nothing really on them photo for reference.

It’s newer than the one where I normally go. They did make one error (no bacon on the bacon Mac and cheese), but they made it right without a hassle. Good job, Panera.
