This will be my last time here, for sure. I had trouble finding a place to sit as all the tables were dirty. While waiting for my food, my name was on the screen saying it was ready, but when I asked the worker behind the counter, she quickly dismissed me and said she was busy. The food didn’t make up for all of the bad. My salad was so wilted and a huge chunk of it was inedible, as it was the bottom of the head of lettuce.

They run out of cinnamon crunch bagels EVERY DAY early. And instead of making enough, they just don’t have any in stock for customers. I’ve stopped by 3 times in the past two weeks and they’ve only had one type of bagel left. When they do actually have them, they don’t put hardly any topping on them. This is by far the worst Panera bread I’ve ever been to

My first time here. Very open and spacious. This Panera is inside a hospital. I was confused at first if I was at the right place. They do a big Grab and Go business, so eating in, you have a little wait time. I was in no hurry, so didn't mind that. Nice layout and large, clean bathrooms shared with hospital.

I really do miss your spinach and artichoke souffle! It was the best one you had! Bring it back!

Mary Jane is the sweetest soul in the middle of a place where people are struggling. My mom had a major surgery yesterday and I know I looked exhausted after last night’s tough stay. She noticed and asked how I was doing…and that’s all it takes to make someone feel important and seen. This Baptist Hospital Panera is lucky to have her because she is a bright light and should recognize what a wonderful person she is to have on their team.
