  I've been to Panera breads and the foods have always been really tasty the food here tastes stale doesn't taste good the restaurant itself is dirty not kept up well

  Some stores i like others I don't, but they all need to rotate there electric plugs and add more inside and outside, the coffee is i belive terrible, the soda or pop is fine and the lemonade great, plus the new machines are nice, they need a few cheaper meals that some people can afford toward the end of month that are disabled, otherwise panera is a decent chain over all

  Can definitely see why it's a 3.8, actually surprised it's the rating is this high. Girl at the counter (must be first day), could not help me determine price difference between two sizes of chicken noodles soup. She directed me to the menu, but would just say the price difference while she observed the menu. I did tell her that it would do her well to learn the menu, but I don't think she ever will. Her manager "Mia" repeatedly looked back at us which obviously showed she saw that there was a concern with customer service, yet failed to interject or coach the young girl or help the customer. After ordering I was told by the cashier that I could not eat there and that my food had to be a "to-go" order. My order was going to be to-go regardless, but I was curious of her statement, so I asked if they were closing soon. She responded "no, but the dishwasher could not keep up with the two bowls my order would take". There is more to say, but you can follow up on yelp and post mates for further dialog. Bad job Panera

  Good place to get 1/2 sandwich and soup. Soup was a little thick and just warm. Pickle left alot to be desired.
