  I was charged $38.69 for food I never got after cancelling my order less than two minutes after placing it. The Panera website says a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup is $8.59 and a brownie is $3.99, but Uber Eats tried to charge $10.79 per soup and $4.99 per brownie, plus a $20 delivery fee — even though I pay for Uber One, which should give me free delivery. When I cancelled right away, the app said it was successful but then claimed I still had to pay “to compensate the restaurant.” Now I’m stuck filing a credit card dispute just to get my money back. Customer service doesn’t take phone calls anymore, and the chat bot refuses to refund anything. Absolutely ridiculous — charged in full for nothing. Avoid this Panera until they fix their pricing and refund policies.

  I was first time ordering from panera bread a Avacado toast and i had bad experience it was bad taste and bread almost burnt it taste bitter I don’t like it

  The staff was super friendly & helpful. The sandwich was just ok but the soup was good. I like the lay out of the tables in this store compared to some others I've been to.
