  Missing two parts of my order, employees were rude, soda fountain dispersed just watter or very weak mix, atmosphere is subpar. Since there are more reviews with the same experience, not going to visit this one anymore. This is the worst Panera I have ever visited. Attached pictures show what you get for your money here and what in another Panera = this location robs you. The same difference is at other sandwiches, too.

  Staff is so unfriendly rude no interaction they just chit chat hang around management need to look up what kind of customer service is that?

  The worst Panera bread nomination goes to this one. Today I was there first time and last. Very rude staff, especially cashier lady. Dirty, small, crowded. More over, all soda beverages like pepsi etc are mixed with too much water and something more I don’t know what is this but it had some weird foam as shown on picture and taste was like fake Pepsi and had no carbonation. I asked about this some lady, but she even didn’t come, she just ignored and turned back to me, my next step was a cashier lady, but she was asking me rude and stupid questions like: “did you try it? What can be wrong with it ? You must be specific… (?) When I got that there is totally luck of intelligence I finished my conversation to her. Bit later came some other guy and he said that they were changing barrel, so maybe that’s the reason and gave me a new cup … but nothing changed, they just sell fake beverages, that’s it. Sandwiches also were completely different than in other paneras, and awful. I am traveling a lot so I know what I say.
