The service however, could have been more serviced...if the food wasn't amazing your shop would be in bad shape.

I went to the window where I’d normally pick up my cup and let the lady there who I gathered is named Alex and told her the situation and that I was very sorry about the mix up and asked if I could get my cup. She didn’t respond and walked away and proceeded to say to another person that “some people are so dumb” then walked back and handed me my cup with no response. As a frequent customer that comes in nearly daily I am incredibly disappointed by how rude she was.
