- BZBrooke ZJun 19, 20251.0Waited 40 minutes for ONE blueberry muffin. Ended up just walking away. I'm out about $4 but it just wasn't worth my aggravation at that point. The staff are really unfriendly and dont make eye contact. Several orders were posted ready for pickup including mine when in fact they weren't. This location is ridiculous. Dont waste youre time. Won't be back. Edit: reached out to their corporate office and got no response... shame shame

However there was like nuts and brown things I have no idea what they were in my tuna sandwich…. Super bummed tried to pick out but by then I had like no tuna left.. waste my money on this meal. Will not be back to this location. Panera themselves changed the bread to white…never knew this so wasn’t pleased with the new break choice rather have had the previous kind. Mac and cheese was good and hot though.

She looked at me like I ruined her whole week, charged me twice as much, couldn't explain why it was a different price, then ended up not even giving me one of the bags with the rest of my order.
