- GAgrey alaso5 days ago3.0i ordered a bread bowl but they didn’t have one so i got 4 pieces of bread and soup instead lol, wasn’t notified and already paid but im a bread lover so i wasn’t too mad. also wish there was a more designated waiting area for pick up orders, i was kinda just standing around awkwardly.

- DSDavid SteccoSep 28, 20251.0I would say if you are ordering takeout or delivery there is a 90% chance you won't have your whole order. I have no idea how this can happen so often. Whatever paneras system is for making sure you get your whole order needs to be changed entirely. The food I get is normally decent and I'm sure the food that I don't get would have been decent too.
