  The food was amazing but the service was outstanding! We were treated like family and beyond taken care of. It was fast, clean, and the food was perfect. Everyone was upbeat and positive.

  Drive through takes forever. They served me chicken noodle soup with a bowl of broth, 4 noodles, and no chicken. Don't go here.

  The chicken bacon rancher does not taste the same as it did back in the spring time. The chicken tastes freezer burnt, I had to pull all the chicken off to eat the sandwich other wise I feel like I would gag. Plus the chips taste stale.

  Panera is not what it once was. The sandwich was 5 out of 10; soup was good. The carpet looks like it was not vacuumed from the night before and every table was dirty with crumbs as well as chocolate chunks stuck to them. Seems like a common occurrence. Of course there is a spray bottle and rag above the trash can, so maybe you are supposed to bus your own table and wash your table.

  I seem to continuously have amazing experiences at this Panara. You walk in and always are greeted with a smile. Everyone's friendly even when they are swamped they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. One staff in particular Carly F. has helped me countless times (me being there 2-3 times a week) and she seems to continue to go above and beyond each time. As a person who is extremely busy it means a lot know that when I go to a place I am taken care of in the most professional punctual way possible, and I feel like Carly is the driving force of that experience every time. Carly, keep it up. You are going to go far in life if you keep providing this level of service. Thanks to the whole team for always making me feel welcomed.
