- SSSunflower SSep 8, 20251.0Hi, Recently I went to Panera Bread Whitby, Ontario, with my family. All of us were really excited because we live far away and wanted to have an experience of breakfast at Panera. When we got there and wanted to place an order most of the display shelves with the baked goods and bagels were empty. I would also like to point out that we went at breakfast time and you would think they would have these food items ready and baked freshly in advance...It was an anticlimax for us. The items that were available did not look fresh at all including what we ordered. The hot drinks including a latte and coffee were not properly brewed, not the right temperature and made properly. Anyways, to make it short none of the staff seemed very apologetic about it and we have decided not to go there next time. When the quality and freshness of food as well as good customer service deteriorates and is compromised this is the start of the downfall of a successful business. So please pay attention to this matter and these things because this particular location used to be a very good place to go. I would also like to add that because of the stale bakery item one of my family members had an upset stomach and diarrhea as a result.

This is a health violation spoke to the staff responsible and they didn't even acknowledge my comment just ignored me. Absolutely 💯 disgraceful
- MMMatAug 29, 20252.0Overall, Used to be great but as of recently terrible. Food hasn’t changed just the service and staff suck. Wrong or missing items on the last 3 visits I made the mistake by not checking the bag before walking out but they can’t seem to get it right in the kitchen
