  I am not the type of person to write a negative review. But, I placed a pickup order with Panera through Uber Eats, with an estimated completion time of approximately seven minutes. Despite a slight delay due to traffic, I arrived to find my order was not available. Upon inquiry, staff informed me that the order had already been collected by another customer. While I understand mistakes happen, I am disappointed by the lack of verification procedures for order pickups. To prevent future occurrences, I recommend implementing a system to confirm the identity of individuals collecting orders and ensuring that completed orders are securely held until properly claimed.

  The sandwich that I bought was very good, but overall, I find Panera Bread to be on the pricey side. I guess in today's market, however, it is in line with its competitors.

  Literally dancing as I was ordering took twenty min TO GET A SOUP AND SANDWICH AND IT WAS THE WRONG ONE!

  Order from here 3 times a week and 2 times a week order is wrong ham n cheese croissant arrives with no ham half the time
