I testing this by ordering in store and sitting down and it was almost a whole different taste smh this store never can put what needs to be on your order right UNLESS you are in there looking at them! I order a BOWL of French Onion Soup all the time and gave them another not only did they not have croutons in the bag as always they gave me a spoon full size of cheese for a BOWL? THEY ALSO DIDNT EVEN PUT CHEESE IN THE SOUP WHICH MANY DO AND THEY HAVE IN THE PAST! I only write reviews if it’s repetitive and it’s BEYOND REPETITIVE not at all good service and don’t care on anyway takeout orders are through DoorDash! You have to be face to face with them to make sure they make it the RIGHT WAY!!
- AMAugust MebaneSep 30, 20251.0Panera is no longer worth the money. They always felt a little pricey for sandwiches, soup, and salad but it was good enough for me to keep coming back. I haven't had it in a while and I got the 1/2 Frontega chicken sandwich, a cup of tomato soup, 3 bagels, and a salad. The total was over $45 on Uber Eats. Everything tastes different and not in a good way. You can tell they changed bread and the quality of the ingredients. The asiago bagel doesn't even taste the same. My husband didn't like his cinnamon crunch bagels and salad. My sandwich wasnt even close to the original taste,It's a hard no for me especially for the price. What a disappointment.
