  I’m sorry but 14 minutes is way too longer of a turn over for a ready-made soup and sandwich. In 14 minutes I could have gone anywhere else 3 separate times. If you’re desperate to pay $15 dollars for an average meal, I would recommend ordering ahead. But regrettably I’d rather go just about anywhere else and spend 5% of the time doing so. Especially on a lunch shift. Unreal.

  Love this new location, the outside seating is great for nice days. Very friendly staff. Was met by Noah at the counter who was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Even on his break he still came to our table outside to make sure we didn't need anything.

  We come to this location very often & today we experienced amazing service from the Manager Cody. He was very kind, attentive & you can tell cares about great customer service. We could see all the customers enjoyed their interactions with him. Great guy! We also wanted to shout out another worker, Gabe. This young man was also very attentive, grabbing dirty dishes, refilling coffee, brought my dad his cup of coffee directly to him, wiped down tables. Great young man. Panera is very lucky to have these two on their team.

  Literally every time I go to this Panera Im annoyed… 1st time stood at a cash register that no one wanted to take orders from before I finally went to the screen to put in my own order. 2nd time waited 20 minutes for them to never call my name and then received a burnt sandwich and cold soup. 3rd time decided to try the drive through and asked if I could get cheese with my sons tomato soup and grilled cheese. Instead of subbing the croutons charged me for cheese and put in the soup so by the time I got home the cheese was melted into what looked like a quarter amount of cheese. My son is 5 and is sick so was really looking forward to his tomato soup and cheese. Plus apparently they dont serve fuji apples anymore…its red delicious now? Like I said, most of these things are minor but as someone who lives close to this Panera I try not to visit it because there is always something off…
