  Do not come here if you want ZERO help from staff. My elderly mother in law came in and was directed to a kiosk to order her food. She was obviously struggling and the cashier (Allie) just stood and watched. My brother in law also had the same issue. I walk in and see the kiosk spinning. Allie makes direct eye contact and doesn’t speak. They had cash to pay with and the kiosk only takes card. She then says they can’t transfer the order over. She barely spoke, didn’t offer to help with placing the order at the register, anything. She just stood there and stared. I had to engage her and ask her what to do since the kiosk was spinning and she just looked at me. This is not worth the price nor the experience you expect. My daughters grills cheese was burnt, the sandwiches weren’t properly labeled… horrible experience.

  I have been in the drive through a couple of times and the employees are very nice and well mannered. I order on line and it was ready in 10 minutes. The food was good and the order was correct. This is the fastest Panera bread I have ever been to. 10/10 I do recommend.

  I came here to do my studying while I ate lunch and it was so cold in there. I was literally freezing. I am usually hot natured where I like it to be cold, but I could not even fill my fingers to type on my laptop. It was so cold in there other customers were complaining as well. There’s no need and it being that cold inside I couldn’t enjoy my food or relax because it was so cold, it was hot outside, so I don’t understand why they had it so cold inside it was freezing.

  Havent been to a Panera in a long time. Sandwich was good but way overpriced. $30 for 2 people and my half sandwich was tiny and 2 sweet teas. We ordered chips and she didn't say anything. When we got our order, there were cold apples. We said something and was told they didn't have chips. Why wasn't we told that when we ordered? The girl barely even looked at us. The ladies behind us left bc they didnt have the bread they wanted and no soups. We could've gone to Cracker Barrel for the same price and not left still hungry. It was also freezing cold!

  ive been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t gotten my food. there were also countless other people in the store waiting just as long for their food. they were moving extremely slow and it looked as if they weren’t even trying to get orders out. multiple employees are just standing at the registers or in the lobby talking and not doing anything. you can hear that the ovens are not going off because the employees are too lazy to do their job. 17 people waiting to get food because food is not coming out. Edit: i only got my food because i spoke to the manager and she personally made my food for me. once i finally got my food my sandwich that shouldnt have salt on it tasted like someone had put a handful of salt in it…… my soup was good at least…
