  It is sad to see what Panera has become. I couldn't believe how dirty it was inside. I thought the tile floors had a swirling pattern and then realized it was dirt marks across the whole dining floor. I regret deciding to go inside the bathroom as it was not any better. The food is comparable to other Panera but this one definitely is substandard for the dinning experience. Don't expect to be greated or have any human interaction as they only have tablets to place your order and a screen to tell you when to pick up. Makes me miss the early 2000s Panera I knew and loved.

  I went through the drive-through because I figured it would be quick, there was only one car in front of me, but it took about eight minutes for that car to get his order processed. I got my order put in for a small salad and a side, And again, waited another 5 to 7 minutes to pick it up at the window. It isn’t that the car in front of me had a huge order or anything like that. I don’t know what’s going on with this Panera, it’s a Sunday afternoon at 5:15 PM And it was pretty disappointing. I guess next time I’ll go inside to see if I have better luck.

  I placed a pickup order through the app at 1:15 PM. The app stated it would be ready at 1:25 PM. When I pulled into the drive through I had to repeat my name 4 times before the person understood me. When I got to the window I sat there for 13 minutes waiting with cars behind me. I finally received my food at 1:38 PM. This is not the first time I've had to sit and wait in the drive through for my order that was placed through the app. I am unsure what the point of ordering ahead and being given a specific pickup time is when I still have to wait past the given pickup time. I'm curious if I would have sat at the drive through window for the same amount of time had I not used the app. This is the second time I've had a poor experience at this location. I likely will not be returning. It would also make more sense to have had us pull up while we waited for our order so other customers could be assisted instead of having us just sitting there.
