    Food was good but the wait time took way too long. I waited in line in the drive through from before even ordering for over 10 mins and there were only two people in front of me. I ordered one sandwich. First and last time I’ll be coming to this location:/ and there was a whole lot of laughing and talking going on inside the kitchen while the line outside was waiting for over 10 mins for a sandwich.

    I ordered two thin-sliced baguettes in the drive-thru. They handed me two open bags with no twist ties. When I set them down on my passenger seat, one spilled completely out—bread and crumbs everywhere. When I explained that I was given open bags, the staff seemed confused, didn’t apologize, and gave me attitude. I had to specifically ask for a replacement, since I wasn’t about to eat bread that had fallen on the floor. I even gathered up the spilled bread, put it back in the bag, and returned it to them. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had. On a previous visit, I waited over 30 minutes only to get home and discover they gave me the wrong sandwich—and a half when I had ordered a whole. The food itself is good when the order is correct. But the customer service needs serious improvement. A company of this size should have proper training in place. Something as basic as sealing bread bags or apologizing when a mistake happens should not be overlooked. There are plenty of comparable options nearby that offer the same products at similar prices, with more reliable service. The novelty of a “new place in town” will wear off quickly if customer service doesn’t improve.

    Food? My French onion soup was only onions I’ve never had a worse French onion soup before. Cheddar broccoli soup was average and creamy tomato was average. The sandwiches were poorly assembled. The kids Mac n cheese was so flavorless. It was like canned white cheese sauce. The desserts look good, but expensive compared to everywhere else. Services, I had to repeat my order everything twice for every item then confirm the order. My questions weren’t answered but I was made to feel like I should already know how this place operates when I’ve never been before. The atmosphere was depressing, it got busy and you could tell people were getting irritated with their wait. Other than that, it’s pretty average for dining. Very modern, very “eat and leave please” type of atmosphere.

    Did a delivery order and waited for almost an hour. Called and talked to the Manager. I don't remember her name but her customer service was top notch! She was able to answer questions and assured me the order was on its way. Was super excited to have the Chicken Pesto sandwich, unfortunately we were given the Cheesestake sandwich instead. Called and spoke to the same manager (she remember me) she went above and beyond to make sure that we received the right sandwiches (she personally delivered the right sandwiches) they were still very warm and tasted delicious!! Thank you so much! I am very excited that Panera is coming back! We appreciate the kindness and outstanding customer service from the manager staff this evening.

    I was really excited to get a Panera in Riverdale. I ordered to go, tomato soup and grilled cheese, a classic! Soup was fantastic, my sandwich was soggy. I assumed it was because I got it to go maybe the wrapping held the moisture in. It's forgivable. My issue was the the girl at the register. When I walked upto the counter she looked like she could not be bothered. I waited for a couple of seconds for a greeting which didn't happen so I looked at her and I said hello, and she looked at me with complete boredom and said hey and just stared at me. Not what can I get you? Nothing so I ordered when she gave me the wrong item and I said this is the wrong one she looked at it then at me and said I thought this is what you wanted. So I said I'm sorry no, I wanted the "this" cookie. She looked down at the cookie and back at me pickup it up and walked in the back didn't say a word. When she came back out of the kitchen with the correct item she just looked at me and put it on the counter. Her name was Karly, I get having a bad day but damn.
