- SFsheila fischertoday1.0This was an ABSURD experience. When I ordered the person was very absent minded. Took my order. Not very polite. There wasn’t the coffee I wanted so I waited 9 minutes for them to make more. When I went to inquire about it the cashier was standing behind a wall, looked at me, then went back behind the wall. I then waited an additional 10 minutes for a soufflé that was already made and a fruit cup. The man tossed the soufflé on the plate after I complained then slid the soufflé and fruit cup to me without saying a word. I then asked for a refund. This store needs to train their employees better. I used to come here a lot and never had any problems. I WILL NOT be going back.

My sandwich minus the avocado was so so. The meat was all balled up in the middle, and the rest of the ingredients were on outsides of sandwich. Honestly this is the worst Panera I've been to.

Not to mention that I had to wait over 30 minutes because they were backed up. The guy at the window was very apologetic about our wait and that was the only positive thing about it..
