Worst Panera experience ever!!! My husband and I each got a Grilled Chicken Avacado BLT which was litterally falling apart. The chicken was in itty bitty pieces maybe 1/4 inch square and there was hardly any in the bread. Service took almost a half hour from the time we ordered till we got our food. Everything was in to go bags rather than on dishes like others had and we asked for dine in. After being told to get cups at the pickup window no one would give us any until I went to the front counter and asked stating that we were waiting a while. We were never asked whether we wanted chips or an Apple and we got no pickle like we used to.Have those options been discontinued? Terrible experience! Not sure if/when I will go back!!!

The drive through took over 30 min, and I was the only customer there, we eventually just walked inside to pick up our order.

I had one of those Dippers it just wasn't anything special. We also had the seasonal soup too much spice takes away the natural flavors. The bread was good though, as always

I ordered delivery through Panera and thought it would be coming from them but later found out it was through doordash. I messaged my driver because at this point it had been 45 minutes since I ordered. I told him I need it to be here within 10 minutes, because he was still out delivering other orders and hadn’t even picked mine up yet. Why are you taking my order when you havent even finished the ones you have already! Then he said “not my problem”. Terrible customer service and will never order delivery through them again as long as they’re using DoorDash.

My drive-through experience was horrible.
The young man who took my order should’ve told me it would be a 30 minute wait. But he didn’t. He took my money when I drove up to the window and then I sat, sat, sat in line with at least seven cars piled up behind me. there was nowhere for them to go. I kept asking him. Where was my food he kept putting me off saying two or three minutes. After 30 minutes, I pulled up out of the line to let the other people get out if they wanted to and got my money back because my order was still not near being ready.
