  Very disappointing experience. My app picked the wrong Panera location by mistake, and when I came for pickup, the staff refused to help. At STARBUCKS , they fixed this kind of issue right away but here, they told me to call and cancel myself. No effort, no customer service. Never using Panera again.

  Ordered the Garden Caprese and they left the garlic aioli sauce off of my sandwich. I should have checked it there but didn’t think being the only customer in there they still capable of screwing up my order. I could not go back I was eating it on 75 driving home. 😒 And reading the reviews the weirdest and rudest thing is that no manager thanking for the good ones, and no apologies for the bad ones.

  This Panera is always so good. Food comes out quick and well made. The self checkout counters are the best thing because the menu is so large that it’s easier to choose this way, seeing pictures and calmly choosing.

  We had just had dinner and walking it off when we popped into Panera Bread for dessert. They didn’t have much to choose from, because it was late. However the place was clean and staff was very helpful. We sipped on chai lattes and enjoyed cherry danish. There are lots of parking and this location is conveniently located at the UTC district, located off university parkway!

  Love Panera Bread but I have made two orders this week and each order was missing critical components. First, Monday I ordered a bagel pack via Rapid Pick Up and while it is supposed to come with 13 bagels I only received a total of 8. Tonight I ordered two salads with extra dressing and received normal dressing in one and zero dressing in another. When you try to call no one answers. Super disappointing all around.
