I was sad I didn’t get his name — he is a young man with a bright smile and lot of tattoos, including neck tattoos. I had an issue with my order and he was incredibly quick and kind to help me sort through it, all the while being so professional!
- MKMona KSep 10, 20255.0I’ve visited this location several times to pick up a drink and food. The staff are all super friendly and helpful!! The salad is always pretty fresh too (I’ve had issues at other Panera locations). Absolutely one of the best Panera locations.
- PFPriyanka FormentinAug 28, 20251.0I have been to many Paneras across multiple states but sad to say that this one falls under one of the sad experiences. I ordered a dine in and they gave the food in a to-go box. I ordered a sandwich and the bread was super cold, not toasted and all the vegetables were on one side. There wasn't hummus spread on the bread, it was to one side. Not appetizing, not pleasing at all. The place looked decent and it was big. The bathroom smelled funny and there were tissues flying around. They have a very nice outdoor eating area. Needless to say, that I am not going to come back to this location when I have other better options available.
- AAAngelAug 26, 20251.0My friend and I visited this Panera Bread on 26 Aug at approximately 11:00 a.m. INSIDE the restaurant was a small black and white dog that shook its body as we walked past. Also, one of your employees began playing with the dog. Another lady, whose large poodle was tied in front of the store, asked if she could bring it inside. She was told by the employee that she could, and she did. Neither of these dogs was a trained service animal. I believe it was unsanitary for the dogs to be allowed inside the restaurant, and unsanitary for your employee to be playing with the dog. How do we know if she washed her hands and/or did not carry dog hair into the kitchen area where food is prepared? Your employees need to be informed about Panera Bread’s policy regarding service animals vs animals in general being permitted in the dining rooms/restaurants.
