I asked for it with milk, and it was so lukewarm I could have stuck my finger in it. I told the girl, “This coffee is not hot. It’s so not hot I could put my finger in it.” She asked, “do you want one without milk?” I didn’t have the time to explain to her that if putting milk in a coffee cools it off that much, the coffee is not hot to begin with. And why would was no milk the solution? I said no I’ll just take a refund. She got her manger. No apology. Nothing. From either. Terrible service. My avo and egg white sandwich was very good though.
