- HNHajnalka NokajOct 7, 20251.0I recently went to this location to purchase dinner for my family of 4 after a long day at work. I placed my order through the app and went through the drive-thru. The order had 12 items in it and I did not dig through it thoroughly enough to notice that my sandwich was missing. After driving home 15 minutes in traffic, I got home and noticed the problem. Since Panera offers delivery, I figured they would deliver my sandwich. They said no to that idea and told me to come back and pick up the sandwich or I can get a refund for the item they forgot to give me. I didn’t want to deal with traffic to drive back there, so I took the $6.00 refund. That was a lousy solution because I was still left without my dinner. I am extremely disappointed in the service. I have much higher expectations when it comes to Panera. So if you go to this location, check your order carefully before driving home.

When the lady went to hand me my drink it hit the window and splashed all in my face. The girl turned to me and said "Oh my god do you want a napkin." Not only different she not apologize she proceeded to turn and tell her co worker and laugh about the situation. On top of the non apology my avocado toast was not even toasted. It was regular soft bread with a light smear of avocado. The worst avocado toast I've ever had. Pictures to show what their version of toasted is. I was on my way to a bridal shower and had to go home and change and was late to the event. Thanks for the quality customer service and food.
