- BDBob DunbarSep 24, 20251.0wanted to get a sandwich and hadn’t been to panera in awhile, nobody greeted me when i entered and i was left alone up front for OVER 10 minutes. literally no one else was in the place, and the drive thru was equally as empty before i came in. when an employee finally came to help me, they were quite rude and seemed annoyed to be helping me. threw my food at me when it was done, and gave me dirty looks when i stopped to check and make sure my food was still intact. might as well leave while you can if you see the girl with red hair working up front. very rude. i will NOT be back.

Cashier never said a word even when I stood in front of him. Cashier must've been special needs which he should not have been at the front counter. He got my bagels stuck in the cutter and imperfect still gave them to me in one single bread plastic bag and handed it to me did not put it in a brown Panera bread bag. Placed my receipt on the counter and walked away. On top of that what I was looking for was not in stock. I was looking for fresh raisin bread since it is a bakery that sells bread and there wasn't any. This was my first time in years and I am a member and stop coming for the quality and now this. This has ruined my energy for the day I can't shake it. This is the second time and if you're ordering you can literally stand at the back pick up counter and they will not say be right with you, what's your order nothing. It took 30 mins last time for them to toast my bagel. It's too expesive for this poor quailty and mistreatement. I will not be back.
