- SNsharon nottOct 10, 20252.0Waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take our order (and even a minute after ringing the bell). When the person finally appeared she did not apologize for the delay and was not pleasant. Was heard complaining to staff at the back (poor attitude and especially when customers could hear her). There was no hot water for tea and had to ask a second time to get some. Baked goods were again sparse with not a lot of variety. This restaurant lately appears unkept; dishes always stacked up at the back and the washrooms were not clean.
