  I did an online drive thru order for 245pm. I usually do not have issues with this location. I came at 2:33pm thinking it would be okay and they said I was to early because they hadn't received the order however I placed it 1:44pm and when I confirmed what time I selected they said 245pm. So you're telling me you havent recieved my order but you're telling me the time I selected? That means you recieved my order. So apparently they can't make my order while im about 10 minutes early with no cars in drive thru and lobby not busy? And yet my order was ready at 2:40pm. Not satisfied with service today

  I love eating and studying here but the bathrooms are always out of paper towels and toilet paper.

  The Asian manager at this location is absolutely horrendous. She does not smile at all and is incredibly rude to her staff the way she speaks to them behind the counter I can hear it all the way from my table. Her attitude is horrible. I feel so bad for her children if she anyone would even consider laying down with her. Please get a new manager the atmosphere is tense once you walk in the store.

  When I walked in I was hit with a gross smell... Not sure what it was but it was for sure not pleasant. Then I ordered a salad that I thought was a different salad... When I got my food I realized that it wasn't what I thought, so I took it to the counter and asked kindly if there was any chance I could exchange the salad since it wasn't what I actually thought. (I totally get that it's my fault, but figured I would check)... The lady behind the counter was obviously annoyed instantly and kept repeating "that is your preference, and that is what you ordered"... She repeated this phrase word for word about 10 times and was extremely rude and condescending... She finally turned to another worker and said "just make her a regular chicken ceaser salad." And waved her hand in a "go away" motion. She finally handed me the salad in a to-go box and said "here.... I won't do this ever again." I fully understand that it was my bad for ordering the wrong thing.... But these tiny little salads are overpriced to begin with, and I'd like to enjoy my food if possible .. and I thought the rule of thumb when working in any customer service was to make the customer happy ... Especially when I was actually being kind and reasonable.... But she was so nasty!
