- MHM HOct 4, 20251.0Went today and ordered the balsamic green with chicken salad, and the half soup with a baguette. The salad was horrible, cucumbers were old and the chicken was frozen. Then they were out of baguettes but the server didn’t say that. When I asked she had an attitude. I asked for a refund and the Mgr was courteous and assisted me with one. I was very disappointed today, I don’t come to this location so I can’t say its this bad all the time.

You'll get the wrong sandwich, missing items, wrong drink ... and all after waiting 2 hours for delivery. I'm only leaving this review because it happens so frequently. And when I asked the manager why her staff always make errors she hung up on me. Upon calling back she said I yelled at her - yet I never raised my voice. She was uncomfortable that I pointed out her team make mistakes. SPEND YOUR MONEY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Better to visit an actual store where you can check your order first.
