    Every time I go there in the afternoon there is no decaf coffee. Also, they do not put out the almond milk on the coffee bar, you always have to ask them. They also do not have a microwave available. Which in other locations they have all of these available all the time.

    A casual place to have something to eat and drink. The unique experience is that they don’t charge tips. But this is changing as I see the option to add tips when you order at the kiosk.

    Horrible service. Food was NOT delivered to me. Staff never apologized. Said it was the fault of the delivery company (who they hire, not me). Girl kept telling me she could t hear me then got upset and then said I was yelling at her. “Manager” also never apologized. Said he would leave a note for the general manager to refund me. Seems that should be automatic and not something I have to request.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager, Yolanda, at this Panera Bread is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing issues with basic courtesy, they talk down to customers like they're doing us a favor by being there. I watched her treat both staff and patrons with unnecessary attitude. If this is the leadership running the place, it’s no surprise the service is slow and the atmosphere tense. Do better.
