  I love having this Panera so close to home. Staff is friendly. Food is good. I see people complain about the small space but I feel like for the location, it’s more convenient as a grab and go for people on lunch/dinner breaks so I wouldn’t knock them for being so small. Despite that, they always have the food ready in a reasonable amount of time.

  Worst customer service ever , the supervisor or manager a very rude person , the lady at the register Willow worst she got my order completely wrong and got mad at me with attitude , don’t go there -10 rating

  Food and service were okay, but staff were forcefully friendly. I understand wanting customers to feel welcome, but that only works if you don't obligate anyone for small talk. If I don't respond to your "welcome in", that does not mean I didn't hear you and you should repeat it until I acknowledge you back. It means I want to be left alone and you only be there to help me when I ask for it. That is why I prefer to order from the kiosk.

  The staff very nice & go out of their way gave me a brown bag w/ handles when need container always get what I need, add more drink in the container w/ no problem My brother & I enjoy coming to Panera in Union City

  I would not recommend eating at Panera in Union City. The food was terrible, the seating inside is extremely small, and the overall atmosphere was very unpleasant. All the workers seemed completely disengaged, like they hated their jobs, which made the experience even worse. On top of that, the manager, Christine, was very rude. Definitely would not come back.
