  Saw a commercial for $1 soup with entree order. Didn’t mention online only. Soup ended up costing $9 each cup. One sandwich and two cups of soup was $35. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not return or listen to Panera bread commercials again. Unacceptable.

  Food is good but service is joke here they always messed my order , wrong food items send with my order they I didn’t even order . And what I have ordered is missing

  My mother ordered her food from Panera through the Panera app delivery and when we received it she was missing her smoothie. The bag was sealed with the receipt which shows how they check mark each item completed before they set it out to be delivered with the smoothie clearly not checked off. We called since we ordered through your app and the first answer we got was that they could write her name down to pick one up in the future so we wanted to talk to a manager for a refund. The line was disconnected on her while she waited so she called again and the manager picked up and told her she would have to contact DoorDash because it was in the bag but the bag came sealed by them with no smoothie and no room for a smoothie. he refused to offer her a refund or allow her to pick up a smoothie as originally offered. He presented horrible customer service skills and said “there’s no smoothie on my counter so it was picked up by DoorDash”, which again she did not order through. I am so infuriated for her to have received such a rude response and no resolution at all. Absolute disgrace for customer service.

  I ordered from thier web site $44 worth of items and was shorted my smoothie. When i called the manager was rude and told me that's too bad that I'd have to go through door dash to get my money. I have the ring camera and can prove the bag was sealed and the reciept shows they didn't check it off. Never will i go through them again!

  There is a lot of seating. The staff are really kind. I appreciated their assistance. The only down side is there is one outlet for working on a device. I choose Panera, to be able to do some work and the convenience. If you are looking for a working meal spot this may not suit your need. The food is made well
