It has been 20 minutes finally I went in to see if it was done and still it wasn’t. I told them to cancel it and still haven’t received a refund! I love Panera but will never go to this location again!!!!

We used to stop here weekly now we never do cause it's to dam expensive. 30 bucks for 2 people to eat half decent food that they have to order themselves and the the employees still looking for a tip. Horrible customer service.
