This location (only one I've been to in years) leaves a lot to be desired, though I would be willing to wager the issues are likely company-wide.
Food is relatively flavorless. What used to be my favorite thing there, an asiago bagel, had little-to-nothing cheese wise. The lack of flavor was actually to where I wondered if I'd been given a plain one, but I watched the employee retrieve it. The even smaller portion of cream cheese is laughable, and barely covered the surface of said bagel. The best part of this purchase was honestly the black pepper packets... all with the same amount of product, and no empties.
The fact that the entire customer experience was just me, waiting for my food, with no employee interaction (from ordering on a tablet, to watching a new employee being 'trained', then receiving my order, it remained just me... awkwardly waiting... again, zero interaction. It feels incredibly user-UNfriendly. Perhaps offering a CHOICE, at bare minimum, would be a consideration, but that wasn't the case here. I failed to see my return to any location in the future, but you won't notice, and that's the real truth.
