  If I could rate lower I would. This used to be a nice place to go, but today when I went there was a new person working, I asked for my usual I had been getting with my sip club for as long as I can remember. I always order water with whatever fruit is in house. This time he was rude, did not care to help, went and got the manager and yet still somehow was denied getting this. I never take the time to rate only because I always have wonderful experiences. But this time around things changed, had horrible service. Shame on this location.

  These sandwiches are getting to a joke size. How come they are even smaller than my fingers. Only a bite size! I can get chick filla with the same price. Everyday they are getting smaller. I have been Panera Bread's customer for around 3 years at least two meals a week. The quality and size are shrinking. Wake up!

  The low rating has nothing to do with this location, it's Panera in general - it should not cost $40 to get two salads for lunch. Yes, prices are higher everywhere, but it's hard to justify spending that much on two salads when you can get something just as good from a bag at the grocery store.

  Great manager - So honestly a great example of turning a bad situation into a very positive experience. I ordered bagels on line and when I got there, they were out of plain ones. The manager apologized and offered to make fresh ones. Since I had to wait longer than anticipated, I bought a sandwich. He ended up making it complementary. I so appreciated his service and would def go back again and recommend to others.
