Last time I placed a large order (20ish), they told me to call the next time. Called today and was placed on hold for 10min before trying again. When i got through, I was told to place it online. When I told them that I was instructed to call ahead the next time, they didn't even ask how many I needed and said they were too busy today and hung up the phone. I hope someone who is actually a stakeholder in the business reads these.
- MMMCGAug 29, 20251.0Very bad service…. Placed an order of beagles for work. I wanted half toasted and half not toasted. The manager at the counter said that they wouldn’t do that. I offered to pay extra if needed but she refused to do so.
