  I go to this location every time it’s seem nice and my prayer groups go there and alway smell like it good place to go

  We used to enjoy eating here but the last month the service and order accuracy has gone downhill.

  The food is good. On October 9, 2025, around 5:20 pm, we visited the restaurant to spend some quality time with my daughter. The teenagers preparing the food aren't very smiley, but they aren't rude either, unlike an elderly woman wearing a blue polo shirt who was very rude. This is very sad because we love eating at Panera.

  We no longer visit this particular Panera. The food is too expensive, our orders are rarely correct & the worst part? The incredibly rude & disrespectful workers in the drive through. A couple of the kids are great, but sadly the majority are horrific. The management has created this problem & deflects responsibility in every way possible. I refuse to pay a premium to get verbally abused by an out of control teenager with purple hair. The entire store needs a hard reset.
