Barley anywhere to sit!! Super crowded, restrooms are locked. Food was not the best. I ordered for dine in and my food and cup were thrown in a to go bag. It's like they don't want you to eat inside.

I come to this Panera almost weekday, so I already had my order ready when I walked in. I like to wash my hands before grabbing my food. When I first came in and asked the assistant manager, Leslie, if I could use the bathroom, the way she looked at me said it all — like she judged me just off my appearance (when in reality I work every day). Then she hit me with, “you gotta be a customer.” I told her I am a customer and even gave her my order info, but she still made it complicated for no reason. When I finally went to the bathroom, it was nasty. Trash all over the place, floor dirty — just straight up filthy. I couldn’t even use it. When I informed Leslie about the condition of the bathroom, she already knew. And it made me think — if you knew the bathroom was in that state, why would you allow me to use it in the first place? That felt like a total lack of care for both the customers and the store itself. Then when I went to grab my food, they didn’t even have my full order. Ended up having to take substitutions for everything. For a spot I come to daily, this whole experience honestly felt disrespectful and hurtful. The assistant manager Leslie didn’t just mishandle the situation — she made me feel like my loyalty as a regular customer didn’t matter at all. That said, I do want to give credit to the cooks and the gentleman who tried to alleviate the situation — I appreciate you.
